Seconde is the last year in which OIB's two-group system is in place. Students in Group Two have one last year to consolidate their language ability. 

In Première and Terminale, there is no more group two. All students are in one group, preparing for the OIB.

In addition to OIB, pupils may also prepare the FCE (First Certificate Exam) CAE (Certificate of Advanced English) and CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English) from Cambridge ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages).

Students from outside of the Rennes area who are interested in OIB, should think about becoming a boarder at St Vincent.

Everyone interested in the OIB section must pass an oral and written entrance test.
